  Christmas roast (Turkey, honey glazed ham) served with all the trimmings

Barramundi
Pan-Fried fresh Barramundi fillets served with roasted pumpkin topped with an olive and caper sauce
 
Fillet Mignon
Tender Eye fillet aged 6 weeks wrapped with bacon served with Jacket potato and accompanied by green beans topped with a red wine jus

Roasted pumpkin & Zucchini
Gently baked pumpkin & grilled zucchini bound together with a creamy béchamel sauce & topped with a Napolitano sauce
